Marker locations are dependent on GPS and compass readings which can vary due to numerous environmental and other factors. For best compass results keep device away from metal objects and metal vehicles while using the app.

Information from Lenzmark products is for recreational use only. Lenzmark is not responsible for data used for navigation and use of app and service information for any circumstances intended to provide safety or avoid harm. Users take full responsibility for the use of the app and application of the data.

By use of the application or service, you agree to all Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Some features may be part of an In App purchase or require an upgrade to the latest release.

Certain features and use of the application and any associated services are billed on a subscription basis, managed and controlled through Apple and Google app stores. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you disable the “automatic renew” option. If you choose to cancel your subscription, Lenzmark will not refund any portion of subscription fees paid prior to cancellation.

You are restricted from renting or leasing the application or data to any other person or third party.

The application and associated service contains knowhow and intellectual property. Lenzmark assumes protection and reserves all rights and ownership of any knowhow and intellectual property not accessible in the public domain or freely available from other third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lenzmark, its principals, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, obligations, costs, expenses, actions, and demands arising out of or on connection to your use of the application or service.

Lenzmark DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE SOLE AND MAXIMUM RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICATION VENDOR IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTU FAILURE IS A REFUND OF THE APPLICATION PURCHASE PRICE.

Payments & Subscriptions

A Trial or Promo does not convert to a paid subscription. When a Trial or Promo expires, a subscription must be purchased for Pro Features to be available.

Each mode displays a unique red message on the login screen to inform users of their access level:

1. Two-Hour Trial Message "Once the 2-hour trial is activated, the Pro features of the Lake Genius app will be available for 2 hours. To enjoy continued access to Pro features, please purchase a subscription. A Trial does not convert to a paid subscription."

2. Promo Code Message "Once the promo code is activated, the Pro features of the Lake Genius app will be enabled for 9 months. To retain access to the Pro features permanently, please purchase a subscription. A Promo does not convert to a paid subscription."

3. Subscription Message "Subscribe now for just $19.99/year to unlock Pro features permanently."

Use of the application or service is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
